Blossom & Bloom provides piano lessons to typical developing children, as the cognitive and motor skills needed to successfully learn to play the piano require high level skills such as learning to read music, using both hands simultaneously, finger dexterity, and self discipline to engage in assigned daily practice. Piano Lessons offer typical developing children the opportunity to experience the benefits and joys of making music while learning to play an instrument. The instructor will utilize traditional Piano Method Books that will sequentially teach students musical concepts such as note reading, rhythm, melody, harmony, style and expression.
Blossom & Bloom provides group music therapy to children with special needs. Group music therapy sessions are facility/school/center-based music therapy sessions for children with special needs that consist of group activities that address many developmental skills including:

Blossom & Bloom provides music therapy services to children with special needs including children with diagnoses of autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other developmental disabilities.
We also provide piano lessons and early childhood music classes to typical developing children.

Blossom & Bloom provides Early Childhood Music Classes to home-schooled children, child care facilities, and preschools.
With typical developing young children, early childhood music classes provide a unique variety of music experiences in an intentional and developmentally appropriate manner to effect changes in a child’s behavior and facilitate the development of his or her communication social/emotional, sensory-motor, & cognitive skills.
Music stimulates all of the senses and involves the child at many levels. This “multi-modal approach” facilitates many developmental skills.
Quality learning and maximum participation occur when children are permitted to experience the joy of play.
